If your certificate is lost or damaged, log into the Guardian Portal to request a reissue ($5 fee applies).
Name change or correction
Log into the Guardian Portal to request a name correction ($5 within 30 days).
Verify a guardianship
Visit the Verify page and enter the unique identifier.
Refund or billing question
Email info@guardiansofmagdala.org with your full name and unique identifier.
