Refund Policy

Guardianship payments are charitable donations to support land stewardship and the mission of Migdal Heritage Kenya Ltd. As such, donations are generally non-refundable.

This is consistent with standard charitable giving practice: once a donation is made and applied to the charitable purpose, it cannot be returned.

If you are charged more than once for the same guardianship — for example, due to a technical error or a double M-Pesa STK Push — we will refund the duplicate charge in full.

To report a duplicate charge, contact us at info@guardiansofmagdala.org with your full name, the phone number used for M-Pesa, the date(s) of the charges, and the M-Pesa confirmation message(s) you received. We will verify the duplicate charge and process the refund within 14 business days.

Corrections requested within 30 days of the original issue date cost $5.00. Corrections after 30 days require admin review. Name changes for gifts or transfers to another person cost $5.00 within 30 days. Name changes do not change the unique identifier.

If your physical certificate is lost or damaged, you may request a reissue for a $5.00 fee. Reissue requests are subject to admin approval. The reissued certificate will bear the same unique identifier with a revised issuance number (for example, GOM-A-00001B).
